I took this photo in Austin right as the sun was beginning to set. I think the lighting in this picture is interesting because of the colors in the sky. The clouds are an array of beautiful colors including pink, blue and white and their size and shape give the photo a lot of depth. I think the direction of the lighting gives this photo so many interesting layers because of the color scheme and shape it provides.
I really love your picture because of the colors. As you mentioned, there are many colors in the sky that really make it a unique setting. I also agree that the angle of the sunlight along with the clouds nicely frame the setting below. I love how the water also adds dimensionality to the light, as it reflects the beautiful colors. These elements make the scene feel very peaceful and serene.
